The objective of this seminar is to confirm to the participants their responsibilities for health and safety under these regulations. It will introduce participants to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and outline the responsibilities of the Client, Designer, CDM Coordinator, Principal Contractor and Contractors.
