1. Payment

Payment to be remitted with the booking or within 7 days of invoice issue.

2. Documentation

Course documentation can only be provided to those delegates who attend the course.
 

3. Transfer Fees

All course transfers are subject to a charge of 10% of the course fee, except where less than five working days notice is given, when the full course fee will be payable.

4. Cancellation Fees

The cancellation fees are as follows:

i) From the date of acceptance by Wilkins Health & Safety Services to 21 working days prior to the commencement of the course - 25% of the fees.

ii) Within a period of 20 to 8 working days prior to the commencement of the course - 50% of the fees.

iii) Within a period of 7 working days prior to the commencement of the course - 100% of the fees.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend dates, speakers, contents of courses or venues due to circumstances beyond our control.

All cancellations must be made in writing or by fax or email

5. Confidentiality

All information, whether written, memorised, or held in electronic storage or know how, commercial or trade information or manuals, written records of procedure or processes made available by Wilkins Health & Safety Services are the exclusive property of Wilkins Health & Safety Services and may not be copied or otherwise utilised without the written consent of Wilkins Health & Safety Services.

Wilkins Health & Safety Services hereby agrees to keep confidential all information received relating to the Clients business.
 

6. Personal Belongings

We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left at any course venue.
