Description:             The purpose of the specified works is to repair the external fabric roofs,

rainwater goods and external joinery of a number of the Home Farm buildings prior to works being undertaken to convert them to an alternative use.

 

The majority of the contract works relate to the repair of the roof structure over the Covered Yard including the reinstatement of rooflights and the introduction of thermal insulation

 

Work has had to be carried out so as not to disrupt the roosting cycle of the bats that live in the roof area
