These works were carried out whilst the hotel and conference centre was open. Consequently works had to be programmed so as not to disturb residents or conferences.

                                    The finished gymnasium is a Modern, fully equipped fitness suite c/w:

·         Indoor heated swimming pool  

·         Sauna, steam room, spa bath, solarium  

·         Qualified instructor prepares personal programmes  

·         Aqua aerobic and circuit training classes

It is set in pleasant, informal setting with countryside views and open to

members and residents over 16 years
